All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You’ll shape the development of Red Bull’s global aviation and aerial sports portfolio, with a strong focus on building long-term talent pathways, future athlete platforms and sustainable development programs. A key part of your role will be to drive the creation of a global aviation talent development program, designed to identify, support and progress the next generation of pilots over time. From scouting emerging talent to connecting them with the right projects, mentors, platforms and opportunities, you’ll play a central role in building a stronger and more sustainable talent pipeline. You’ll work closely with national teams, athlete managers, partners and aviation experts to ensure the portfolio remains innovative, future facing and capable of creating strong consumer impact over time.
You’ll develop and execute pioneering aviation and aerial sports projects on a global scale. From concept development, feasibility and safety assessments to operational execution and 360 marketing planning, you’ll bring world-class projects to life in close collaboration with athletes, pilots, partners, agencies, authorities and cross-functional teams. You’ll manage project timelines, operational requirements, budgets, branding and stakeholder alignment while ensuring all activities meet the highest safety, operational and regulatory standards. You’ll continuously identify credible and authentic new opportunities, future formats and innovative project ideas that strengthen Red Bull’s aviation and aerial sports playground, and create strong global consumer impact.
You’ll identify, develop and evolve innovative, high-potential concepts and scalable formats that give markets new tools to win consumers and create strong local and global impact. You’ll drive the creation of new activation formats, give wings to athlete-driven and future project ideas that push the boundaries of aviation and aerial sports. You’ll continuously scout emerging trends, technologies and opportunities to support the evolution of Red Bull’s aviation and aerial sports ecosystem.
You’ll act as a strategic and operational partner to national teams developing aviation and aerial sports initiatives. You’ll support markets through knowledge sharing, training, operational guidance and best-practice development to help elevate project quality and outcome globally. You’ll facilitate regular communication with markets, helping ensure alignment with global standards while supporting locally relevant opportunities and activations. You’ll also support the planning and coordination of projects, activations, initiatives, airshows, events and aerial-related initiatives across multiple regions.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments to unlock opportunities, support business priorities and strengthen the impact of aviation and aerial sports initiatives globally. Acting as a key interface between stakeholders, you’ll drive efficient collaboration and alignment across teams, including athlete & team marketing, media, brand, legal, finance, operations, corporate projects and country colleagues.
