As a Global Music Projects Specialist, you'll work closely with the Global Head of Music Marketing & Global Music Project Manager supporting the markets with Red Bull Freestyle/Improvisation projects. This position is responsible for understanding the Freestyle/Improvisation landscape and culture of each market while translating the global strategy to each project you'll own.
The role also contains the support of Red Bull Batalla signed artist relationship & the support of 3rd party freestyle events.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You'll be responsible to support markets in the execution of projects in their countries along our global strategy with a focus on our freestyle/improvisation projects around the world. You'll also have the responsibility of overseeing the development of the relationships with the freestyle community throughout the full year. You'll be the expert when it comes to guarantee the brand standards and quality across all activations and events while protecting Red Bull brand equity. You'll also have the responsibility of overseeing the development of relationships & cooperation with the freestyle community throughout the year.
You will align and guide the countries throughout all phases of artist relation and monitor our talent roster. Together with the teams in the markets you discover synergies and opportunities for our talents, for example content projects or showcase activations. You'll be responsible for the branding of the artists and the development of branded tools & gear.
You'll be responsible for all pre-event alignments & status check-ins. You'll collect relevant event data and event debriefs and share insights/learnings to provide a foundation for development and innovation.
