Join The Flying Bulls as a Finance Manager and take ownership of the full finance agenda, including financial planning & forecasting, accounting, tax, treasury, credit risk, internal controls, and business partnering.
You will drive monthly reporting and planning processes, provide actionable financial insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. Working closely with local and HQ stakeholders, you will continuously improve finance processes and systems while contributing to key business initiatives in the unique world of Red Bull.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Working closely with shared service teams and external advisors, you will take ownership of all accounting and tax matters. You will deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including statutory financial statements and accrual management, and lead year-end audits to ensure high-quality outcomes. In addition, you will drive continuous improvements across finance processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and transparency. By monitoring legislative developments and proactively managing tax risks, you will help maintain compliance and optimize tax-related activities.
Responsible for effective cash, liquidity, and currency management, you will ensure compliance with treasury policies while supporting the company's financial stability. You will lead credit risk management, optimize working capital, and drive healthy cash flow across the business. In addition, you will coordinate financing, leasing, and banking activities, provide liquidity forecasts and financial insights, and oversee local insurance matters to ensure appropriate risk coverage and compliance with company guidelines.
By providing meaningful financial insights and challenging assumptions, you will support informed decision-making and optimize resource allocation. You will analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions, while continuously improving controlling processes and reporting efficiency to maximize business value.
