Join our Global Student & Field Marketing Team and play a key role in turning global brand strategies into impactful local execution. As a Global Brand Specialist – Project Activation, you'll drive the rollout of international brand projects by building scalable frameworks, creating best-in-class toolkits, and empowering local teams around the world to deliver exceptional brand experiences. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and market teams, you'll help ensure every activation remains true to Red Bull's brand while adapting to local needs and opportunities.

You'll lead the activation and rollout of global brand projects across markets, ensuring consistency, scalability, and impact. By developing frameworks, guidelines, and execution plans, you'll enable local teams to deliver meaningful brand experiences that align with Red Bull's global vision while remaining culturally relevant.
Working across multiple functions, including Media Network, Product Marketing, On-Premise, Off-Premise, Creative Advertising and Emerging Media, you'll help shape rollout strategies and ensure initiatives are relevant for local market realities. You'll contribute to student marketing strategies and identify touchpoints that maximize impact on a national level.
You'll create and maintain toolkits, calendars, and guidance materials that support flawless execution in markets worldwide. Acting as a central hub between HQ and local teams, you'll ensure clear communication, gather market feedback, and continuously improve activation standards through best-practice sharing and performance tracking.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration. You'll partner with internal stakeholders across multiple departments, manage external agencies and creative partners, and foster close relationships with global markets to drive alignment and successful delivery of projects.
A key focus of the role is leading the global activation of Wings for Life World Run within the student marketing community and EPC network. You'll coordinate stakeholders, develop activation concepts, and ensure successful execution across countries.
