All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of fully integrated 360° programming and release plans across managed, owned, and earned channels for network projects. Using data, audience insights, content expertise, and platform knowledge, you'll define content needs, optimize release schedules, improve channel performance, and drive meaningful engagement with key audiences.
You'll also lead the creation and implementation of strategies and tactics for partnered athlete, team, and league channels to increase Red Bull brand and product presence. Through these partnerships, you'll credibly leverage athlete, team, and league channels as consumer touchpoints for network projects.
You'll translate the overarching network strategy and objectives into content programming plans across managed, owned, earned, athlete, team, and league channels, tailoring each approach to platform-specific requirements and the media consumption habits of core and casual audiences. Working closely with the Communication Manager, you'll ensure programming initiatives align with communication strategies and project narratives while supporting brand awareness and showcasing product functionality.
You'll oversee and execute release plans in collaboration with channel owners across managed and owned channels, while identifying opportunities to amplify network projects through partner channels, including earned media, creators, athletes, teams, and leagues. Drawing on performance insights and a deep understanding of audience behavior, you'll define content and channel strategies that drive sustained engagement, awareness, and growth throughout the audience journey.
By staying ahead of platform developments, channel trends, and changing consumption habits, you'll identify opportunities for innovative content and use these insights to shape programming strategies, campaigns, and content planning. You'll develop a global athlete channel strategy that maximizes the impact and effectiveness of athlete-owned channels across all athlete projects.
In partnership with training and development managers across the network, you'll build and enhance digital and in-person training opportunities for athletes and teams, helping them strengthen their presence across media channels.
Partnering closely with the Executive Producer, you'll define content requirements and ensure content development supports programming strategies, aligns with platform best practices, and reflects audience consumption habits.
You'll create and produce fast-turnaround vertical content optimized for social platforms, coordinating production and edits with internal teams and external agency partners where required. You'll build a pipeline of athlete-first social content projects that create strong synergies between Red Bull channels and athlete-owned channels.
As the subject matter expert for YouTube, you'll guide content strategies for network projects and selected athlete channels. You'll also collaborate with training and development managers, contributing channel expertise and platform insights during athlete ideation sessions.
Working alongside the Analytics Team, you'll translate channel and audience data into targeted programming strategies, channel optimizations, and content priorities.
You'll continuously monitor performance across channels and content, applying insights to refine both short-term initiatives and long-term programming strategies.
By sharing data-driven recommendations and platform-specific expertise with internal stakeholders, including Communication Managers, Producers, the Live Team, and YouTube specialists, you'll help shape content and communication decisions across the network.
You'll collaborate with markets around the world to align local programming and activation plans, enabling the successful implementation of global projects while ensuring consistent content representation across local channels.
Through regular evaluation of local programming strategies, you'll identify optimization opportunities and provide guidance on release planning and execution. You'll develop activation strategies and programming guidelines for key global moments, empowering markets to execute effectively and maximize impact at a local level.
