Executive On Premise (Musketeer)

As a Musketeer, you’ll be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise world from bars and restaurants to clubs, resorts & hotels, events, and festivals. You’ll build strong relationships, connect with key people in the local scene, create new opportunities, and drive both the business and the brand forward.
We’re looking for someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys being out in the field, and knows how to turn conversations and relationships into opportunities. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, nightlife, events, or similar environments is a plus.
The Musketeers have always contributed to volume while also being the driving force and spark behind creating like-minded spirits in the On Premise world. As the face of the brand and indispensable consultants within the On Premise territory, they are responsible for driving current and future sales across our portfolio, while strengthening and elevating our brand image in the On Premise channel.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and strategic partners, including but not limited to bar staff, distributors, promoters, agencies, etc.
- Build affinity with and understanding of the Red Bull brand and its products within your network.
- Be a credible, trustworthy, and knowledgeable face of Red Bull in the On Premise channel.
- Deliver excellence with the premium Red Bull brand across all activities and executions.
- Know your territory like the back of your hand.
- Follow company strategies and develop innovative initiatives to achieve your objectives.
- Be an expert in the On Premise universe by staying ahead of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities across accounts, occasions, and consumers.
- Manage internal and external resources, including materials, tools, and budgets, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and external partners, including distributors, wholesalers, and beverage industry players, to drive business success.
- Deliver premium execution and create added value to strengthen the Red Bull brand image and increase consumption at events, including Red Bull events and third-party occasions such as gastronomy and festivals.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate agreements that create value for both Red Bull and the customer’s business.
- Leverage communication, sales, and marketing skills to keep Red Bull in the #1 position in the On Premise channel.
- Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales opportunities and marketing occasions where Red Bull should be present, both through the brand and its products.
- Turn market insights into impactful programs that drive sales and strengthen the Red Bull brand.
- Measure success through tracking, analysis, and reporting on performance, growth areas, and opportunities.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Nightlife, Events, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Previous experience or strong knowledge of the nightlife and entertainment scene in Cancún is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive regularly as part of the role.
- Basic knowledge of the On Premise market and industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the local scene, consumer behaviors, and social trends.
- Commercially strategic and innovative, with an understanding of sales and financial processes.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills, including sales and consumer analysis.
- Street smart: understanding what is happening on the ground, knowing different social groups, and adapting communication, presentation, and professionalism to different audiences and situations.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build credibility and influence across different types of stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of iOS and MS Office.
- Travel 60-70%
