The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager in every possible way to activate Red Bull consumption. The main responsibility is usually to manage the Wings Teams. Depending on the workload in the required field Student Brand Managers can also be covered by the FMS. If there are more FMSs per field, responsibilities are split between Wings Teams, Sports & Culture projects and of course Communications.

Wings Team Program
Set clear goals together with the FMM & CCM for the Wings Teams to ensure the implementation of the strategic focus of the region, furthermore develop a full understanding of the regional environment.
Recruit and lead the regional Wings Team.
Regular training including brainstorming sessions and teambuilding activities
Coach the Wings Team Members to continually reinforce best practice and delivery against defined strategy.
Brief/manage Wings Teams on regional events / sampling missions.
Manage requests for the Wings Teams regarding sales support and sales drives within the region.
Roll out and management of activation programs such as “Studio Live” etc.
Implement all “paper work” for the Wings Teams, be it for compensation, labor laws as well as performance/mission tracking.
Work in close collaboration with the national Consumer Collecting Manager.
Plan and set missions in order to make monthly support target
Initiate, organize and supervise repeating sales offensives to ensure perfect distribution and visibility at and around campus together with the local sales team.
Implementation of Red Bull marketing strategies into functional & image building opportunities with college students on and off campus.
Day to day administration/management of college students (SBMs) on key area colleges to make Red Bull an integral and relevant part of student life.
Regular campus visits to view on campus activities
Identifying campuses that RBZA could run the SBM program
Identifying on campus opportunities to keep Red Bull TOM
Train and introduce SBM’s to the WORB
Recruit and lead the regional SBM team
Sports and Culture
Fully understanding regional environments & locations including opportunities and trends within the given region.
Building comprehensive list of contacts in Media, Sports, Opinion leaders (Music, Film , Fashion, freesport)
Set clear goals together with the FMM and implement the regional plan to achieve these goals
Individually & proactively support the FMM in all activities on these fields. This can range from owning a specific field/program and building up relationships/networks to administration support (logistics).
Ongoing research and development for new event concepts
Create small fires and events, that suit the brand and generate excitement in the region.
Co-ordinate all departments to leverage involvement in supported events including: sales, sampling, sport, culture and communications.
Select and place appropriate Red Bull tools / infrastructure at supported events (tailored or standard).
Co-ordinate the delivery, installation and pick-up of Red Bull tools / infrastructure used to leverage involvement at supported events.
Identify opportunities within the sports and culture space to make Red Bull stand out from competitors
Your experience includes:

Ideally a former SBM or Wings Team Member with a perfect understanding of consumer collecting, who loves and lives the brand.1 year work experience in the marketing and event world, supported by a confident and outgoing approach to life, demonstrating a hard working attitude and hands on approach to getting things done.
University – Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Strong understanding of youth culture in sports & culture.
Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
Strong planning and project management competencies.
Ability to cultivate team environment.
Must be proficient in standard Microsoft office applications and common IT tools.
Reliable, creative, p rofessional, energetic, enthusiastic with a strong brand passion.
