Student Brand Activator - EC


Part Time position will be responsible to increase the overall availability/visibility and communication of Red Bull in the Off Premise Township sector: Counter Service Spaza, Tavern, Local Convenience, Small Local Shop and other Non-Traditional Channels. The purpose of the Brand Activator role is to increase the reach, rate of sale and brand presence of Red Bull in their defined Township area, by implementing growth initiatives, using strong tools of Picture of Success, and efficient activation of all of their tools + knowledge.

    To call on off-premise customers in Township areas - Counter Service Spaza, Tavern, Local Convenience, Small Local Shops and Non Traditional Channels.

    Manage the sales volumes & growth for your defined Township.

    Effectively implement vertical growth programme for your defined Township.

    Efficient management of time to visit at least 32 stores per week – flexi hours (Outlet universe to be defined by Line Manger)


    Achieve execution targets as set out by Line Manager.

    Carry out regional blitz activations to drive brand presence, and distribution in Township areas.

    Work according to the Piitcher Process – to best optimize efficiency in trade.

    Adhere to brand values and guidelines.

    Use the companies resources judiciously and carefully.

    Be professional and respectful to your colleagues, team mates, customers and suppliers.

    To effectively place an allocation of Red Bull coolers in the right location in the right weighted outlets so as to maximize brand presence, chilled cashier availability and drive sales in the outlet “profitably”

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

  1. FMCG background in similar role as brand activator

  2. Part time FMCG background

  3. Effective journey planning – geographical knowledge of the territory is key

  4. Required to be based in the Township of responsibility

  5. Cross channel experience, must be able to work effectively in Off - Premise

  6. Valid Driver’s License

  7. Clean credit and criminal record
