Regional HR Specialist - 12 month FTC

The Regional HR Specialist is responsible for proactively supporting the Regional HR Manager across all areas of HR to ensure efficient and effective professional and administrative execution, including use of HRIS systems (SAP, BI, HC Planning Tool, ECM, VTA, TAS). This role assists the Regional HR manager in consulting employees and managers on Red Bull people management philosophies, processes, and tools. The purpose of this role is also to reinforce the Red Bull Values and assure employee engagement and improvement of people management across all areas in the HR Value Chain (Select, Manage, Develop, Grow, Reward), also including local policies and standards creation and implementation.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

  1. A minimum of two years of previous working experience in HR, preferably in a multinational environment.

  2. Knowledge and practical experience in at least two HR areas/processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.).

  3. Experience in identifying and analyzing HR and business data; SAP HR Systems knowledge will present an advantage.

  4. Analytical personality, comfortable with numerical data, attentive to details and with high work accuracy.

  5. Excellent communication skills (written and oral); skills in presentation and facilitation will present an advantage.

  6. Talented relator, able to build effective relationships across the business and with the international HR team. Skills and experience in management coaching and consulting will present an advantage.
