Global Culture Marketing Training & Development Manager


We are strengthening our Global Culture Marketing Team! Therefore, we are looking for a motivated Project Manager (m/f) for our Training & Development Program. In this role, you will develop and execute our LEAD Program – our world class Culture Marketing Learning and Development program. You will play a key role in project managing all processes associated with the development and execution of our different learning programs within the LEAD portfolio. The Training & Development Manager supports the Head of Global Culture Marketing Insights & Development to bring our Culture Marketing values and principles to the forefront of all actions in Red Bull´s Culture Marketing Teams worldwide.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

  1. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a training & people development environment

  2. Proven project management skills working in cross-functional teams (minimum of 3 years)

  3. Strong stakeholder management experience (minimum of 3 years)

  4. Ideally, experience in developing and delivering trainings/workshops, as well as train-the-trainer experience

  5. Great passion for developing people, as well as for state-of-the-art learning design and the psychology behind what makes learning stick

  6. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external agencies (especially Learning Design Agencies and Facilitators)

  7. Strategic thinker who takes initiatives and ownership and ‘makes things happen’ with a strong interest in Culture Marketing, Red Bull Music, Dance & Social Innovation

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
