Areas that play to your strengths

Support the Regional HR Manager in all areas of recruitment, including conducting interviews and other selection methods (psychometric testing, case studies, reference checking), as well as recruitment, contact with applicants and administration.
Manage all documentation and locally required employment procedures.
Consult and support managers to assure all new hires experience a first class recruitment and selection process, as well as a best practice onboarding.
Talent Management, Development, and Growth
Support the Regional HR Manager in driving the talent management agenda to ensure improved performance, retention, and development of individuals.
Support managers and employees in understanding and practicing global tools designed for individuals and teams to achieve peak performance.
Supports and implements global trainings and training tools, and assists the organization in the organization and administration of local development initiatives, in line with the Global training and development philosophy.
Systems and Reporting
Ensure SAP HR and other relevant systems are maintained and regularly used to assure full HR data accuracy.
Provide insight and analysis on people related measures to identify business needs and guide the development of HR initiatives that are the most relevant for the business.
Produce Organization charts and KPI reports on a monthly basis and upon need.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
A minimum of two years of previous working experience in HR, preferably in a multinational environment.
Knowledge and practical experience in at least two HR areas/processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.).
Experience in identifying and analyzing HR and business data; SAP HR Systems knowledge will present an advantage.
Analytical personality, comfortable with numerical data, attentive to details and with high work accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral); skills in presentation and facilitation will present an advantage.
Talented relator, able to build effective relationships across the business and with the international HR team. Skills and experience in management coaching and consulting will present an advantage.
