The Brand Marketing Specialist works on gathering and understanding consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives Top-of-Mind awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption. Working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to support and contribute to the annual business plan by creating, planning and executing brand, advertising, consumer activations, new products and packaging initiatives, whilst ensuring the brand is portrayed in the right way.

Brand Management and Consumer Activations
Provide support in the “brand part” of projects of marketing peers as well other departments (on premise/off premise and trade marketing).
Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and other international HQ specialists to share learnings, best practices, align plans, share latest updates & insights.
Calculate redemption and ROI of the key marketing initiatives to learn and continuously improve.
Always have the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every single project and ensure we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital and social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.
Consumer Insights and Market Research
Turn data into compelling insights, which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans. Monitor the consumer’s perception about brand and products in social media. Contribute to spread a data-driven culture within the organization.
Advertising and Creative
Support the development and implementation of the advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings and the right country-specific level of digital and social components.
Provide support in controlling creative and media agencies to ensure correct contractual set-up and strong working relationships to deliver world class creativity.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
FMCG brand marketing skills, knowledge and experience (3+ years).
Clear understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a multinational brand and FMCG context.
Generate consumer insights and translate them into successful brand initiatives.
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
Manage relationships with creative and media agencies.
